Part I of the Speech to the Left -
Dr. John Raymond Baker, BS, DC gave a speech to an audience of students of nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, at the University of Texas in Tyler Texas. The teaching assistant was Mr. Ed Schmidt (seen in the video wearing long sleeve blue shirt).
